Sorry, im a noobie to Dodges (have had a Porsche 944 turbo,WRX). I currently own a Grand national. Question is......what exactly is in a 85-87 turbo omni? How strong are these motors from rods to pistons to etc? Im looking for a fun, nimble, fast little city car that i dont have to worry about door dings, etc that I do with my GN. Just something for 3 grand that'll have about 250hp or so.

check out Thedodgegarage.com. For 3grand you could get alot more power than 250hp. Just hard to find the Omni Glh
