With the 2.0 crank and 2.5 style pistons I think the rod ratio would be over 2.0. Is that to far? A 2.2 crank and 2.5 style pistons can get towards the 1.80 to 1.90 area. Would destroking it even further really help that much. (I am think of my the top of my head for the calculations I did several months ago, not 100 percent sure).

Also has anyone done a DOHC head on the tall deck block? I am still leaning towards a t3 block with a plate added on top, welded, and sleeved.

Thought about this too recently. The Masi 16v intake comes dangerously close to the hood framework on the 4 dr. omni's. With a .500 taller deck, that would only make it hit for sure.
