Yes. If you keep the O-rings in it, use the Fel-pro 9296PT and coat both sides of it with copper gasket spray. Works great for a O-ringed block (next block, don't O-ring it).

Not true. O-ringed block while I was still tuning = a few pretty JE ashtrays, or a burnt exhaust valve. Granted, if I was happy with the power I was making, and didn't want to make ANY changes at all, the gasket probably would have lasted a lifetime. That's not me!

Non-O-ringed block, with a 006 headgasket made 410/464. It can hold it's own. Tune on it all you want, if you goof, it's gonna go, and you'll know it and you'll know it before you blow anything else.
