ok guys got a grand to spend what can do to this motor need speed want to hit the low 9's in a 1/8 mile 1988 dodge shadow turbo 5-speed about to put new motor in what bolt ons should i buy or should i take it to shop and have it bored out. or should i do something else thans for you time guys would like to get it all working in a week.

Big exhaust or just a big downpipe if it's just for racing helps.

Intercool it for sure, g-valve, walbro 255 fuel pump (gotta support the extra boost), some +20 or 40% injectors, and get a bigger exhaust. All of those parts combined will keep you under $500...so maybe you can look into a bigger turbo as well.
