Long story short I'm going to be running an oil cooled only s60 on my 2.5 common block, so I need to know what to use to plug the coolant hole in the back of the block. Any specific bolt size I could use with some thread sealer?

Take the fitting from the old coolant line to the hardware store and match it up. I want to say it's 1/4'' NPT, but don't bet the farm on it. Make sure you get a steel plug and use a little teflon tape.

Nah, it's bigger than that. You want to take the adapter out of the block and plug that hole. ... might be 1/2" NPT
