Not that hard to build if you have access to vertical mill, Made this out of scrap bridge steel. You should parrallel grind after milling.

The machine shop I used last said they couldn't use my plate with spacers like the one in the above picture due to thier machine or some such crap...something to do with breaking the stones. I actually ended up having to use main-cap bolts cut down a little so they went the propper depth...
