MotorCity Motorsports is owned by a friend of mine. They do awesome work there.
I have another friend who owns American Engine & Machine Inc. He does excellent work as well and has really good prices.
Mr. P-Body (Mike Sanders) of TurboDynamx builds them as well.
Other than those, all you have to do is refer to the yellowpages and you'll find hundreds of machine shops around here.
If you're willing to go to toledo, I know a guy named Paul who could set you up with something nice as well.

If you want phone numbers for any of these places, just PM me.

I used Best Machine in Sterling Heights. He builds a lot of Moapr Race engines, and has done quite a few TD's.

Yup, Best Machine (actually in Utica, MI) has done a few 2.5 turbos for myself. Never had a problem- excellent work,

best machine is now moved to warren. 10 and ryan. my block is down there right now. but does anyone know why they're taking so long? don't tell me it's cuz they're busy. they've have my stuff for the past 3 weeks and the only thing they're doing is checking if the parts are still good.

might have to see about marios machine shops he's provided. how long is the turnaround time for MotorCity Motorsports and American Engine & Machine Inc?

Yeah, I knew they moved. I thought it was St. Heights. They're right down the street from B&G, too.

Anyway, 3 weeks isn't long. I waited 6+ months for them to finish my stocker race engine. But worth the wait. They really do a great job.

they told me they're backed up on blueprinting motors/assembling. i didn't mind that since i wanted to put my motor together myself. it's 3 weeks for them to only clean/check the parts. NOT machining or assembling. i was promised that i'll be notified before the end this week. it's now 2.30pm. and i'm still waiting.
