Question Pulling the motor on the CSX... pull the tranny too?

I'm going to pull the motor on my CSX and go over itd clean everthing up. You guys generally leave the tranny on whilst doing so? I always pull the tranny and motor as one unit on my neon... but I thought I'd ask first.

I'll probably do the same on the minivan later this year... leave the A413 on the motor on that one?

It can be signifcantly easier... especially on L-bodies.

thats what I do if I pull a engine, easier to put it back togather I think. man looks like a lot more people in colorado now!

That's how I pulled the motor from my daytona. I used a load leveler to tilt the assembly just enough so it slid out nice and easy. I've also found the engine alot easier to remove when the head is already off (how the car came in my case). The image shows what I am talking about.
