you should have the last 2 green lights on the gauge lit for safety.
i ran 22 psi on a stock cooler, 93 octane and a fwd stage 5 cal. was fine for a few weeks, til i realized the timing was at 15-16^. #2and 3 broke.
this was with a stock fuel pump +40's and 3 bar.
i wouldnt run anything more than 15-16 on stock injectors. and thats only if you have a good i/c.
you were definitly lean with no green lights lit.
what was the ignition timing at??

I would say 7 is too lean. The 14.9:1 is ideal for a N/A car!

Running lean, too high charge temp, too agressive ignition timing, hotspots in the combustion chamber, too hot plugs.

Basically, it comes down to too much heat and/or pressure in the combustion chamber.

Read this thread-

NGK's ROCK!!

Well, as stated, you have to get it running, then figure it out. Get a scanner, run higher octane gas and watch the initial timing.

Ok Ok,,,, I was reading all day on this stuff.... I should have been running on the ninth or tenth red bar on my gauge,,,,, My gauge was bouncingin the green at WOT and only sometimes was in the red (So 8th bar or 7th bar)......

I think it might be a good Idea to check fuel pressure also at WOT..... (when it is running)

BUT STILL Not sure still if I should buy some forged pistons now or stay with the stock ones.... I know forged isn't gonna fix my problem, but It might be a good place to start....

Can anyone tell me what the clearances are on the weiscos??? Any any help on setting up the timing would be helpful.. I know how to allign everything and I have a timing light so tips would be great

warm the car up to operating temps, then hook up the timing light, then un-hook the coolant tep. sensor. now flash the light on the bellhousing window, shoot for 12^ to start. unhook battery and let computer re-set.
on the wiseco, they can be ordered for stock wrist pin and clearances are pretty tight, at .035.
