Well, just my $0.02 on this, but my block (92 2.5 common block) is +1mm, and was professionally rebuilt when I got the Daytona it came out of. It has all 4 cylinders sleeved, thick sleeves. My machinist, who happens to be a bit of a drag racer himself, has assured me that the sleeving issue is non-existant in most cases as long as it is done by someone who knows what they are doing, boosted or not. Pretty much all of the brands of sleeves (some are cheap junk, of course) are stronger than the factory cast block in any case... kind of the same principle behind being able to run an aluminum block as long as it has sleeves in it.
