Currently running 20 PSI in my van (3 bar cal, +40's). I have the 255 HP pump in my closet, just havent gotten around to installing it. I am just wondering how much boost can I run with the stock pump. And the rail?

Not sure on the pump, but I bet that information is somewhere in the search button.

I ran 337 whp and 34 psi with a stock 2 piece intake fuel rail.

If you have the new pump in hand I wouldnt waste another minute
before puting it in. The only way your gonna find out your old pumps
limit will be moments before you have to call Cindy for 4 new pistons

Try 6 pistons, a crank journa,l and a rod.

Get a new pump long before you blow up.
