hi, i would like you guys to recomend me a combo for my daytona .... i just bought a fmic 24 x 12 x 3

current setup
2.5 turbo block (cast mahles 30 over t2 rods, block freshly rebuilt)
89 tbi head (i know about the cam and valves)
t2t3 clutch (soon to be installed)
stock injectors, regulator, t2 intake manifold, tb
t2 wiring harness and 89 2.5 turbo1 smec
walbro 255
boost and egt gauges
garret t3 .42 .48

i was thnking of installing the intercooler and 14 psi what you guys think i can expect?

i have a sc with a cb 2.2 glhs set up with 2.5 dp into 3'' full and + 20's. i too had planned on staying close to 14 psi, but gary d had his stock daytona running 20-30 psi. i have a boost controller, and a dawes and i think im gonna crank it up to 20 psi and watch my dawes.

I would get a set of bigger injectors just to be safe, and so you have room to improve the boost. You definitely need some bigger exhaust on that thing. Exhaust valves won't last long, so when you replace them, have the valves deshrouded, and backcut the valves, it helps a ton.

actually right now i sended the head to the machine shop and had the valves backcut and installed turbo valve springs and turbo exhaust valves just to be sure, cam is still the tbi,
