88-93 TD stock electronics. List your top 5 reasons in the order you would attack them for low (13-14) injector pulse width. Base vehicle has great drivability, no codes, and the only clue that pointed you in the direction of inj PW was slightly lean o2 reading of .68 at WOT.

For starters, how can you verify your O2 reading?

O2 is great for a quick baseline, but the O2 is not necessarily the be all end answer to a fuel problem.

Not sure I understand the question, you have found a lean condition by checking the O2 sensor output, and then checked the pulsewidth and found it to be low?

My bad, I've diagnosed a few TD's in the last 6 months that had some interesting reasons for having low injector pulse width. It's obviously not as hot a topic as I was thinking lol! You know, when you just get something in your head and it seems like a good idea at the time.

do you have access to an oscilliscope? Check the pulsweidth directly in the circuit.

Check the wave of the ground control circuit, if there corners on the square wave are hashy... or the baseline PW ground is bouncy, check the grounds, as excessive resistance in either side of the circuit can cause insufficient ground exposure for desired PW.
