If I'm doing this right, I tune safe fuel pressure for WOT at 25psi boost. Works out to right around stock levels at idle ... maybe a bit less. (+40's, 3bar stg5, 255 pump)
The question I have is do the cal's fuel tables take care of fueling at cruise/off boost levels limiting the duty cycles enough for efficient MPG or does it just get close?
I was thinking of a way to make the fuel system a little more flexible, mechanically. Using a restrictor bypass in the fuel return line that would be boost activated. You'd set your WOT setting when in restrictor bypass. When not in boost the stock return line would be used lowering fuel pressure level. Restrictor size would determine the % of fuel pressure drop.
... or is this level of functionality not needed?
