If I install these injectors will the car be running rich at idle or will it be ok? I figured if I turn the boost up I should have bigger injectors just in case.

I would rather use some carb cleaner and a brush to clean off the deposits from being rich, than replacing a whole unit from frying it.

2.5L TI uses same injectors as 2.2L TII, 2.2L TIII, and 2.2l TIV

84-88 T1 engines are 2.2s and run 27pph injectors, 89+ T1 engines are 2.5s and run 33pph injecotrs same as the T2/3/4 engines.

Going to rering it too and put some new bearings in after the fuel washes the bores down and dlilutes the crankcase. Wrong way to do it. If you must, run an AFPR.

Some cars can compensate for the t2 injectors, some dont. Hit or miss from what I've read. Personally I needed an AFPR to fix me up.
88-T1 with T2 injectors.

Well the cal is designed to compensate for larger injectors. Just use the injectors that FWD recommends with there cals.

The thing is I have a bad injector or more in my daytona and I have a set of
T2 injectors just lying here and I dont have the money to buy both a new set of injectors and a cal. Since I had the T2's I though getting a cal would run the injectors plus all the other gains that come with installing them. I figured it would be better than just putting stock or 803's in it.
