i blocked off my EGR with an alum plate i made and it seal nicely havent fired the car up im haeing some trouble finding where all the wires go...! also how much fuel pressure should my 84 2.2 T1 have?? and how much oil pressure??
i bought the car for 800 its in almost ex condition! sat in a barn for years..... the motor is in the car after a rebuild that they had doen on it 2 years ago so i guess ill take my chances.. i have some issues with electrical things the oO2 wire they cut so is it ok to cut the O2 plug off the O2 and wire it up like that or should i get a connector?? also im having trouble figuring where all the vac lines go i have a vac diagram but im having trouble figureing the mess out..anyone in the columbus ohio area wanna lend another mopar guy a hand??

The advantage of installing a connector for your O2 sensor is that you can change it later without hacking into the wiring again.

Fuel pressure should be in the mid 30# range at idle, and approach over 70# with the vacuum line removed from the regulator and the return line pinched.

Oil pressure should never drop below about 10#, even at idle. Pressures of at least 50# at high engine speeds are required for safety reasons.

As for the vacuum hose routing, I know I've seen the underhood diagrams scanned in and posted at TheDodgeGarage, or Gus Mahon's site, or someplace but can't remember where anymore.
