S60 cal works just fine for me on my daily street driven Shelby Daytona. I'm even running the wrong head for the cal (As i recall the S60 cal is for bathtub heads, i have a ported fast burn). It idles rock solid and gets 42 mpg on the freeway. If you have E85 in your area its AWESOME, because all you have to do is ground one of the wires from the computer and wammo, 100 octane cal. The only issue i've had to deal with so far is it gets ~10 mpg in the city, but i know thats just because it doesnt read the O2 sensor and is probably very rich at idle. The overboost IS pretty weak at only 22 psi on a 3 bar map, but I'm only running 20 psi so that doesnt bother me.
My verdict: The S60 cal is pretty damn good if your setup is close to what they designed it for, you dont plan to make more than ~340 hp and the area you live in doesnt have emissions testing. That said I am going to switch to D-Cal as soon as I'm comfortable using it because sooner or later i'm going to get bored with 20 PSI and I dont like to fool the map sensor in any way.
