+40's and cal questions

Ok I am upgrading my mitsu to a 50trim. so Now I am getting +40's and am wondering if a custom cal would elimintae the need for an adjustable FPR?
and how much boost can +40's support? should I be good to 20psi? plan on running about 15 daily, 20psi track and weekends
currently I am running a mitsu intercooled with a 5th injector and a zenor on the map, MBC set to 15psi, 5th injector not comming on yet, but have it set to come on at 15psi but havent tried out how much boost I can add before I start to come out of the rich
I was just going to go with a AFPR but I also want to change rev limiter and speed governer as well
