I think I have a problem with the MAP and or TPS. I was getting what felt like high boost cut-out at 5 psi. It would run fine other wise. The car is a 88 turbo 5speed Lebaron. I was getting codes: 13, 15, 24 and 47. I swapped in another MAP from my parts car. Before I put it in I cleaned it up with some Mass Airflow Sensor cleaner (in a spray can). I hooked it up and the car would not start at all. I re-installed the original MAP and the car started, but no idiot lights on the left display area. No Check Engine or Low Oil. I tried cycling the ignition on-off 3 times, and nothing. The car still runs and still has the cut out problem.

I ordered a new TPS and MAP already. They will be here this week. Why would my idiot lights not work? I have a parts car with an auto. If the computer is hosed, can I use the computer out of the auto car?

Also, I cannot get the A/C compressor to engage. I have charged the system and forced it to run by jumping in clutch with a jumper wire, it works fine. Just no juice to the clutch connector.

Please oh please, Save me from my misery and tell me everything is going to be OK.

Anyone ever had the check engine light no longer light? It is not the bulb. None of the idiots lights come on, even the low oil light.

The boost gauge seems to be great. It looks nice in the car. I believ the stock boost level for this T1 car is 5 psi with a bump to 7 at 5K RPM. If that is all true, the gauge is sopt on.

I ordered a grainger valve and an A/F gauge, both should be here this week. Now, if only the wierd idiot light issue could be resolved...
