actually ... 84-89 turbo injectors (357)are 29lb/hr @ 3 bar, the 90-95 turbo injectors (804)are 32lb/hr @ 3 bar

that is for RWD cars tho .. the fwd volvo's have a a few different sizes

otherwise cheap upgrade injector are ford brown tops as they are DROP IN 20+ injectors as they flow 38lb@3 bar and 42lb @ 4 bar

if i can get some time and figure out how to get CFI injectors to fit ya'll would have a lot more 20+ and 40+ injectors for really cheap

I am using CFI ford injectors on my hybrid head van,and CFI is fords term for throttle body injection.
I pulled them from a early '80s 5ltr V8 sedan of some sort. They are not identical to ours, and will need to have mods made to them for you to use them with an 8valve intake and fuel rail.
The intake might have to be ground a bit,as the 'body' of the injector is a little lager in diameter.I cut off the plastic sleeve that protects the pintle, and slid the lower O ring on here, just be careful fittng the injector into the manifold.
You can't use the little clips that attatch them to the fuel rail.
At the top I used small copper washers slid over the injector to form a seat for the O rings to sit against. There is nothing there large enough to stop our O rings from being forced down the injector and out of the 'rail.

I believe I have some spare CFI ford, and some stock dodge,so I could dig them out and take a picture side by side if you want.

i have loads of pics of them .. myself and a bud have picked and sold 300+ injectors over the last few years

and correct they do take some work to get to fit right on a dodge setup because of the lack of a lower ledge for the injector oring to rest on

I believe it was a post by yourself that had me searching the yards

Using the table in the link in my earlier post,I looked for stock ford injector info, then using the injector flow calculator linked from his home page,I came up with this:
V6 3.8ltr CFI 43.39 lb/hr @ 55psi

V8 302/5ltr CFI 59.20 lb/hr @ 55psi

V8 302/5ltr 'HO' CFI 68.70 lb/hr @ 55psi

yup i've posted about them here once or twice over the years ... very cheap injectors and worth every penny. they do flow and atomize very well. they also happen to be low impedance and work very well with a lower pulse width which is what allows them to run so well

pretty much any 82-85 ford got them as long as the engine was CFI, two injectors per car. watch out for the blue topped ones(in v8's) as i like those a little better but i still do not know why. otherwise the v6 and v8 ones are typcially always green. the biggest set are tan tops and really really hard to find.
