If its a TI engine then yes it will, the FPR is alright but the injectors flow more and would cause it to run richer.

it will run richer in open loop but not in closed loop

if you have some mild mods like a larger exhaust, CAI, porting.. then the TII injectors will be just about right for the increased airflow you have (in open loop)
