So the fuel pump in my GLHT is on the way out, so I bought a Walbro 255 to replace it with. The car is currently running completely stock, but in the future it will have a T2 setup running a stage 5 cal. I bought the bigger pump because of the future plans, but is it going to hurt anything running on stock levels for now?

You mean Ill be okay unless I change the fuel pressure? I have been thinking about it and I dont see why it would matter with the stock fpr and injectors set for stock.

stock FPR should have a set pressure that it keeps in the rail. increased pressure from the pump will just be released back into the tank. you should experience no change in anything.

You should be good UNLESS you change your pressure, which you're not changing.
