Does anybody know if this works with a -91 car or not? Or do i need an Otc 4000 scanner?

Yes they will, just make sure you have the correct vehicle year specific module and cable.
Both are usually on Ebay.

didnt want to make a new thread for this, anyone know where to get a manual/instructions for the otc-2000? are there any electronic versions making their way around?

Reason that i ask this is because all of them that i've seen, say that it works untill -89. But you say even it says this, it will work on later yearmodels?

I used to own a Monitor 2000 and it worked fine on my 90.
The Test Modes are set up the same as Chryslers DRB2,if you have a Chrysler Fuel/Ignition/Emissions Manual it will tell you how to access each Test Mode. The Modes you will use the Most are Data Stream,Actuator Test and Base Idle Test.

You need the domestic Pathfinder II cartridge like this one eBay Motors: OTC Pathfinder II Software Cartridge for OTC, MATCO,MAC (item 230159919200 end time Aug-19-07 18:00:00 PDT)

Will work with the otc scanners.
