Where did that charge temp data come from? It's different than the transfer function that's stored in the cals. But, all Chryslers (that I've seen the cals for) use the same temperature sensor for both coolant and charge temp (where applicable). Even the Neon...

(1) The computer will usually consider an increase of 1.80 volts or more over the minimum TPS voltage to be WOT.
(2)2.43 volts above the minimum TPS voltage during cranking will cause the computer to recognize Clear Flood request shutting off all fuel delivery.
Is this data the same for the N/A 3.0 v6?

It should be, all 3 wire variable resistor sensors (Map and TPS) operate on the same 5 volt reference. The only exceptions to this would be a N/A and Turbo Map as the Turbo has to read above atmospheric(boost).Changing from manufacturer to manufactuer the voltage reading may be different as far as what thier controller parameters are set to see as normal but the MAP and TPS will still read 0- 5volts.
The voltage tables posted are for Chrysler Vehicles. When you check TPS you are looking for excessivly low or high readings with the throttle closed(will set a code) or dead spots when you sweep the TPS.

Nah, not really. Just use a 10k bias resistor when assembling the MS, and the stock TD (and Neon) sensors work great. It's even written in the assembly instructions.

Ok, thanks. I was just confused about this since my data-cd says the TPS should output 1-5volts, when this voltage table says 0-3volts. But i would believe this info to be correct since i get like a bit over 3 volts max on my sensor.

All sensors weather they are 3 wire variable resistors(MAP, TPS) or 2 wire thermistors
(ACT,CTS) operate on a 5 volt reference.
Anytime you have a problem with a sensor circuit unplug the connector at the sensor and with the key on using a digital voltmeter probe the 5 volt reference line to ground and you should read 5 volts. Then probe the reference line and the signal return line(controller ground) and you should read 5 volts. This verifies these 2 circuits are ok.
Then plug the connector back in and backprobe the signal line and signal ground to check the voltage output of the sensor and backprobe and check at the controller, the voltage should read the same, this verifies the signal line is ok.
Once you verify the circuit's are ok you can compare voltages to the voltage table to check sensor operation.
Without a scan tool you cannot verify what the controller is actually seeing.

Nice i missed this thread, I have some values for GM 3 bar map, GM air temp, I will get part numbers shortly. These are used for my SDS standalone but may help MS guys, I can also get the GM Coolant temp.

As for the MAP, the MS guys can just simply tell MS that they have a 3bar map, and poof, it's ready.. Or 4bar..
