Computer shuts everthing off after 1 second.Walbro fuel pump shorted after 20 miles,new fuel pump,new tps ,new temp sensor,new power module replaced fuseable link,put original computer back in that was good at the time it was removed.Distribiter was replaced about 1000 miles ago.No codes,what else kills the system on these?87 Shelby Z.Roger

Almost think the automatic shutdown relay is activating for some reason,power to the pcm flashes

What happened to the fuseable link that it needed to be replaced?
If the fuseable link was blown there is excessive amperage in the circuit.
Was this the problem that was present and why you replaced the pump or did this happen after the fact.
The fuel pump is only 2 wires.A power feed from the ASD relay and an external ground.
The output of the ASD is a DG/BK wire to the fuel pump,+ coil ,fuel injectors and HO2S.
One of the things you need to check is the wiring for the HO2S behind the engine to be sure the harness is not damaged.
