What is main difference between this and a regular map? Also what would be the best place to get a wideband o2 sensor?

A 3 bar MAP uses different voltage values for measurement of vacuum and boost than the stock 2 bar. You have to have you computer calibrated for these different values in order for the car to run correctly. So,like RPMurph says you have to have a 3bar cal for the 3bar MAP to work correctly. You can use a stock cal with the 3bar MAP but say at like 20 PSI the computer will think its only running about 12
