Could be a couple of things, you will have to do a little diagnostic work to determine where the problem is.
First never assume that because the parts are new that they are good.
Did the check engine light come on? If so what are the fault codes?
Double check to be sure that the wire connectors are actually clipped on the spark plug and it is just not the boot that is attached and be sure the terminal ends in the distributor are securly locked in.
Once you have determined that they are correct be sure you have spark at all 4 cylinders.
Once you have determined the problem was not with the parts just installed you will have to check some engine basics.
Are there any broken vacuum lines that are not centralized?
Run a compression test to determine which cylinder(s) are at fault.
Make sure you crank the engine the same amount of revolutions for each cylinder for an accurate result.
Minimum compression is 100PSI with the lowest cylinder being within 20% 0f the highest.
Some common problems would be compression low at 2 adjacent cylinders would be a head gasket problem. All four low could indicate the timing belt jumped.
You will have to post back your results.
If compression tests ok then you need to check the fuel delivery system.
