I only have experience with fuel only running MSnS extra.
I recommend running your own harness and leave the original one alone, it will allow to go to the original ECU more easily in case of problem. Think of building a modular harness, with weatherproof connectors and proper soldering. NEVER use crimp tools, this will just led you to electric problems you will have to find out afterwards. What I typically do is going to a junkyard, trying to get as much as I can from connectors/wires from the donor to be able to build my own harness. Do not shortcut the relay,fuse,... that are really there to prevent catastrophic failure (electric fire). Take your time to do it correctly. All the time you spend in building the harness is what you will not have to pass aside the road under heavy rain to understand why this £%*(&£%£ car stopped suddenly.

I installed other sensors than the original ones, leaving them where they where, so it implies sometimes to bore and tap. I also recommend running wide band 02 (i use the innovate LM1).

Begin with fuel only and use the coil signal as trigger for your fuel injection.
The most intensive job is running the harness. The rest is fun !!!

Good luck

I will post begin of next week pics of the MS installation.
