I've got an 89 spirit 2.5 turbo and my instrument cluster has seen better days (tach is intermittent and speedo sticks from time to time).

I'm thinking of replacing all the stock gauges w/ autometer Sport Comp II in addition to boost, a/f, and fuel pressure where my trip computer used to live.

The fuel level options have different ranges and i'm not sure which one should be used ( 0-90 ohms, 73-10 ohms, & 240-33 ohms). I'd appreciate any help!

Thanks!

for the speedo and tach i would get a 3 3/4 size they should fit pretty good in the instrument cluster space. on the speddo were you thinking mechanical or electronic ? the mechanical will require a custom cable and a speed sensor change , autozone sells one that has cable drive and the electric style (so it does both your car has electric). autometer does sell a programmable speed sensor i just not sure if it will fit our transmissions. contact autometer tech.

as far the other gauges goes that is where i put them in my daytona.
check it out on my cardomain 1987 Dodge Daytona Shelby Z 2.2 Intercooled Turbo

Yeah, I was planning to do 3 3/8 speedo & tach (sport comp II series).

Here are the links of the gauges I was planning: Speedo
Tach
Fuel level
Volt
Water temp
Oil pressure

That would cover all the stock gauges and then of course a boost gauge and egt or air/fuel. Thanks for the input Norm!

so i would post or search the electrical section to see if our sensors meet the criteria of 2.0 to 120v peak to peak sine wave. i am not an electrical engineer so i have no idea what it means but that is the output need /operating range.

as for the gas gauge i will look through my service manuals to see if they list a resistance range for full to empty.

you can get the ohm readings for the fuelmeter at allpar.com, in the repair section, then search for instruments i think

I've read a couple places that fuel gauge is set for 70 ohm empty / 0 ohm full, so that gauge should work fine.
