i just bought a 1990 sundance 2.5 turbo and want to upgrade the computer to a fwd performance stage computer but dont know what one to get. the car already has 3 inch free flow exhaust, an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, a g valve, and a couple of little things done. The only problem is at this time it still has a mitsu turbo on it, but im going to eventually to a t2 swap. So I was wondering what stage can i run for the time bieng thats not going to be overkill for the mitsu but still plenty for the t2 conversion when i get to it. thanks for all the help my first turbo car russ

Without a IC FWDP will tell you to run a stage 1.

I forgot to mention it has the radiator / intercooler combo from an older daytona, so with an itercooler what stage do you think theyll recommend keep in mind im going to have a t2 to replace the mitsu that is on it now. With that trurbo swap what size injectors should I run the +20% or the +40%???? thanks again

what is your budget ?
the computer cost the same across the boards but needs supporting mods the higher you go. so that being said i would attack it this way , put the supporting mods in place then go for the cal.

1) do a t2 conversion stock computer will work.depending on the year of the car you MAY be able to take the boost to 15psi with out injectors
2) buy the stage 5 cal +40's and 3 bar .this way here you can give cindy all your mods/specs and she will know what your working with. now you only buy one computer as opposed to buying one to get you by then another when you change the set up

do the t2 conversion, add in the charge air sensor and get the s3 15 psi ecu. That will work with the stock injectors and map. Then save your money, get yourself all the supporting mods for a more wild set-up and then once you get everything together, send the s3 in for a free revision to a s5 calibration

That's right! we are the only vendor that will give you a free revision or upgrade on your calibration (as long as you are the original owner)
so get your cal now, enjoy it and when you are ready to do more, we can revise the cal.
later,
Cindy

The kid i picked it up from tried doing his own custom cal and did something to the copmuter because it keeps on melting asd or rsd relay i really cant remember what the relay is called. so this is why im looking for a computer, its runs for a while and then just dies out and he replaces the relay and its fine for a while, so on and so on. He said he removed some chip and put his own in, and he said it was equvalent to the pph cal. and he said it didnt do this untill he tried doing his own cal so this makes me think he might of messed something in the computer????????
