trim-cal & stage cal

Wanted to get some peoples thoughts on there cal. I was looking into the trim-cal due to being able to have the presets and adjusting on the fly. For that i was wondering how happy people were with it? It seems to do all you'll need it to do right?
So then going to say the stage 4 or 5 calibrations.... First question is like for the stage 5 it says "18 pounds boost, revised spark and fuel curves up to 29 psi of boost" i'm guessing that means it's set at 18lbs normally but works fine when you raise it yourself up to 29lbs?
So last ques. How customized can the stage cal be to your setup when you purchase? That was just leading me to think about it being thrown off if i say changed the turbo or something.
