can someone tell me what these part numbers are

i bought a set of injectors a while back from someone on the board. i was going to put them on my car but wanted to make sure they were indeed +40's as stated. when i tried to look up the part number it was not listed in the mopar 2.2/2.5 fwd book. the number on both the mopar boxes and injectors is 4532586. the manufacter date on the boxes is 7/13/06 if that matters.

also there was an sbec in the trunk of my r/t when i bought it, i was never sure what it is for. it reads:

PAT. NO. 4116173 AND OTHERS
0034-01
471 4250 2251711:27

any help would be appreciated.

acording to the chart on thedodgegarage they are super 60s.
