heres an update, im having a 84 G-head and cam installed, so we will see what happens with that. im crossing my fingers... i wonder how 7.5:1 compression will do. we will see

do you mean why is it taking so long? because im helping around the shop so ill get a lower cost for the head swap. monday the head should be getting installed. we will see what happens.

so it looks like the exhaust valve is sticking open a lil.... and i just found cracks in my g-head that im putting on. sigh but from what i hear it doesnt hurt performance any? there cracks between each valve, but small cracks.. im hopeing i can still use the g-head.
