How did this go from a dead thread about non-projected plugs to a thread about projected plugs?

There, back on track

Who reads the first post to see what a thread is about?

I made a set like those Ar51s. Guess I do not have to next time.

I use the nkk9 and they seem to work well, they fit right in.I just switched them to see the difference between the rn9, well it takes my car 2 times to start before it gets runing as before it only took 1 time.
as for power, well anyone telling you they can feel the difference in power is BS,i run 20psi on my GLH with major mods with meth and there is no way you will feel the change in power.
Just keep your spark plugs fresh and new no matter what king they are and youll be fine, unless you go to hot or cold.

well this is interesting, lotta stuff on spark plugs i didnt know about. learn new shyt every day. in mine i just run good l champ 12's- stock plugs. the TMF guy was askin about E85, which i run. stock plugs, stock gap, 12 deg base timing on stock cal, no intercooler, 14 psi. not one ping ever. will probably do more, like 16-17 psi once my wideband shows up. im expecting to have to go to a slightly colder plug or at least take the gap in a little bit at the higher boost, but right now theres been no problems at all. i may just get a more powerful coil and let it eat the way it is.

Food for thought, a colder plug helps with detonation when u do even slight mods in a turbo engine Anyway what comes stock in the turbo vans? NGK or Champion?
