Ok, i did the "Controller Grounds", "Fuel Pressure" -tests and completed with no problem. Secondary ignition was tested with an INLINE light, since that was only type i could find here, light lit up the same with every plug. I also adjusted timining. The same time we tested the compression also, just in case. I didn't expect there to be nothing wrong with them, because of recent rebuild. Very even pressures, 8.7 psi difference between highest and lowest reading.
What should i be testing next..?

Well, this is all that is left.

At this point in the diagnostics, the engine control system has been ruled out as a possible cause for the driveability problem. Therefore, the following items should be checked:
ENGINE VACUUM -- Must be at least 13 in Hg in neutral.
ENGINE VALVE TIMING -- Set to manufacturer's specifications.
ENGINE COMPRESSION -- Must read within manufacturer's specifications.
ENGINE EXHAUST SYSTEM -- must not have any restrictions.
ENGINE PCV SYSTEM -- must not have any restrictions.
ENGINE DRIVE SPROCKETS -- cam and crank shaft.
TORQUE CONVERTER STALL SPEED -- to manufacturer's specifications.
POWER BRAKE BOOSTER -- Check for internal vacuum leaks.
FUEL CONTAMINATION -- Check for high alcohol and water contents.
FUEL INJECTOR -- Check for plugged or restricted injector, control wires correctly routed.
NOTE: If you were directed to this test form the oxygen sensor and the rich or lean condition is not caused by one of the above items, replace the engine controller.

Ok, thanks. So, how could i check the valve timing, i mean is it possible to check the cam positions by just opening the valve covers?
Also is it possible to somehow check for exhaust restrictions?
Thanks again for any help.

You will have to bring #1 cylinder to TDC on a compression stroke, being sure that the mark on your timing indicator is at 0 degrees( and the rotor is pointing to #1 cylinder on the distributor cap) then you will have to remove the upper timing cover and be sure the cam sprockets are properly aligned.
They make an adapter/kit to check exhaust backpressure. the adapter threads in where the O2 sensor is and a vacuum/pressure gauge connects to the adapter.
Exhaust backpressure should read no more than 2 PSI @ 2000 RPM's.
If you already own a vacuum/pressure gauge you may be able to make the adapter.
The thread is 18mm x 1.50 so you need something to thread in with a port to connect the gauge.
I purchased the adapter seperatly from Snap-On many years ago and everything I have seen now is the gauge and adapters for around $40.00.

Ok, thanks. I think i will be able to make some kind of adapter to measure the backpressure.
Actually i know already that the cam sprockets are in their timing marks, since i just replaced the belt but i meant that should i also check the camshafts for right alignment? And if so, how could that be done..?
