Need help asap! N/A gas tank vs turbo gas tank

So i probably should have posted this before i bought the tank and ripped out my old one but here it goes. Im doing the tank on my 89TI shadow.I was told by a few people that the only differnce is the fuel pump.Well i have my old tank and new one sittin in my driveway. I pulled the sending unit out of the new tank and it just popped out.I just went to pull it out of my old tank and it's completly differnt.On the turbo tank there is a hose going from the sending unit to a channel underneath the fuel pump in the tank. Wtf? Do i need a turbo tank? PLease help asap as i said everything is in my drivway and i need my car so i can work.

Shouldn't be posting since I don't know about 88-89 Le Barons ,but my 1st gen Daytonas use a specific tank.Turbos have sender and pump together--N/A have seperate holes for sender and pump.

If you can't figure it out I got a new one from Quanta Products I was very pleased and it even had the turbo baffel, decent price also.

i had to swap out the tank on my 88 TI lebaron- was the same as the N/A tank. at least for a v6 N/A tank anyway only differences i found were the newer tanks from i believe 91 up have a different fuel pump assembly- the hanger and fuel lines are different- the old style uses clamp on fuel lines while the later style uses a quick release type coupling other than that all the tanks appear to be the same, i believe that the tanks for a shadow are the same for a lebarron, im pretty sure they had the same part # from most of the part stores when i was pricng a new one. also a TI fuel pump is the same as a V6 pump. you can get just the stock fuel pump itself without a hanger assembly from advance auto parts- 77 bucks lifetime warranty for a bosch pump that doesnt need a pulsator to go with.
