i fixed the code 13, i found a vacumn line that was off and put it back on and waa la the code was gone. I think im just gonna pour in some injector cleaner in my gas tank, and drive it around and hope it cleans out. I will drive it once i get my axle situation figured out. I will post what happens after i drive it.

heres an update.
I got the car running and driving. when i started driving around i only had code 31 but then after i stopped and parked it for a little bit i had code 13 again. I started it up and i heard a little vacumn leak. Its not the one that goes to the map sensor i dont think but could that still be causing the code to show up? Its on one of the bigger vacumn lines so tomorrow ill prolly go to NAPA and buy some hose clamps and clamp the hoses on tight and hope there is no more leak.

YES THOSE VACUUM LINES ARE HUGELY IMPORTANT. Donovan's Dodge Garage has vacuum diagrams for everything except the non-lbody 87 T1 cars. A vacuum pump can be found at harbor frieght to test lines with.
