getting poor mileage and the smell of raw fuel in the car when starting. Found fuel smell in vac line for fuel presure regulator and replaced it. still has fuel smell at start up. Do the injectors commonly leak after the car gets old with low mileage(70K)? There have been two head gaskets done on this car for coolant leaks, wonder if the injector seals are possibly torn. Engine starts up with normal crank time

Any help would be appreciated

My first guess would be the fuel pressure regulator.
