86 Daytona non turbo, to a turbo?

Ok, I have a chance to get a 86 daytona that is non Turbo. I am wanting to convert it to a Turbo, What will I need? At the same time I might be getting an 86 lancer that is a turbo but has a blown engine. The turbo on the lancer has about 100 miles on it before it blew.
