And my dawes af gauge verifies this, 2nd green light always on while idling. What are the reasons a stock fuel system would be rich? Could it have anything to do with a few charcoal canister vacuum line deletions? I had the CC removed completely from my last 2 TD's and it didnt do this.

Well on mine it was a blown FPR. I had 80+psi of fuel pressure all the time.

Big vacuum leaks, bad 02 sensor and 02 sensor ground, stuck fuel pressure regulator, way to big injector, clogged fuel return, a big rock in front of you air filter
