he actually took .018 off the head and .015 off the block. any idea what that will do to compression ratios with a .020 overbore? i hope that doesn't get in the way of big boost. oh well, when i change the turbo i have this pretty lil g head sitting on my shelf...

For a 2.5 with stock pistons... 8.5-1 or so Way too high.. I would have put it on with the copper shim... drop that initial timing...

alas, i didn't know of copper shims when i put her together. perhaps on the next go round. for now, less timing. do you think that 14 psi is too much with an xr-7 intercooler if i pull the timing back? i just ordered a g-valve from gary, so i'll have good control of this....
