fwd stage 5 (3 bar map)!!

I am having trouble getting my 86 GLH to run with this stage 5. The car ran great last year till i let a friend of mine borrow the stage 5 and since then it never worked right. I sent the stage 5 back to Cindy and got it repaired so she said. I cannot get the car to to stay running as soon as i give it gas it shuts off the the air fuel goes lean and shuts off. I checked the map volts and it getting 5-6 volts power and 3volts output signal. I about to get rid of this car cause it has not run right in the last year its just sitting on my driveway.

does the car run with a stock ECM?

At Idle?
3 Volts is telling the computer something like 10 lbs of boost - so look at the MAP as the culprit. Sounds like a 1bar MAP or something??

Checked the fuel pressure yet?
