have you checked over your fuel injector harness for burns or breaks?
Hows the radiator? Have you flushed it lately?
Are you running a 180 t-stat with a 1/16th hole drilled into it? That will keep the needle from cycling and keeps it fairly consistent.
Have you run some fuel injector cleaner and/or seafoam lately?
Idle normal?

Take off the dist cap, rotor and HEP. Look down inside the distributor. There is a metal shutter wheel inside that has nothing better than melted plastic "rivets" holding it down. If this is loose, use a soldering gun to melt the plastic a bit to get a better hold. This thing can cause all sorts of havok with the computer.

Code 22 is coolant temp sensor voltage high/low,you replaced the sensor but did you check wiring/voltage to temp at the sensor and controller? Could be your stalling problem.
As far as overheating is the front air delector in place? Any obstructions in front of the condenser/radiator. Exhaust gases entering the cooling system from a bad head gasket? Does the system have air in it, with the engine cold remove the bleed plug in the head behind the t-stat and fill rad until coolant stays level at the top of the hole, reinstall the bleed plug, fill rad and overflow.
Check the sticky "overheating version 2.0" in the help section for Chryslers running hot/overheating diagnostics.
