I'm also running 20psi w/ +20's w/o a problem on 2.5. I would think +40's would take you at least to 25psi or more

The +40/52lb injectors are good for 300hp @ 80% duty cycle.

I've seen a 3 bar map 2.5L set-up make 340 hp and 388 ft lbs... all on 93 octane pump gas at 25 psi boost.

Same way this car did this with +40's, stock ECU, and olnly 35 psi base fuel pressure! Its still pig rich up top!
You can make alot of power with +40's.
