Ok i finally got my Dawes Devices A/f Gauge today and hooked it up right away. Had to wait till after work to test it out though. For those that dont know this gauge has four lights:

First light: Red= .75 to .90 (lean...bad...BOOM)

Second light: Yellow= .90 to .95(perfect.....but dont raise boost without more fuel)

Third light: Green= .95 to 1.0v(Little rich.....But safe to raise boost.....the fuel is there)

Fourth light Blue= 1.0v and up(rich.....lower fuel or raise boost to get more power)

anyways...im hoping to hear both form people with this gauge and other gauges to see if my readings are correct.......im paranoid like that.....i hear that any readings other than WOT are unimportant but im going to include what ive noticed anyways to see if my gauge is behaving properly...

ok...when at idle when the car s first warming up the gauge doesnt read....which i think is correct until the o2 sensor warms up....after a couple minutes it usually lights red then yellow then green then blue.....and stay blue for a bit....usually till i start to drive...now when im cruising along at say 35 with my foot lightly on the gas usually see no lights which would mean extremely lean, but this isnt important cause im not at WOT right? if i gently rev the engine....say till the turbo begins to spool up then let off and just roll the lights flash from red up to blue and then back down to red then none. if im cruising at 65-70 the red light seems to blink off and on...no real pattern to it.

ok now for at WOT. from standing still i floored it and the lights flashed to blue and held there.....extremely rich?.....better than staying at red i suppose. when cruising at 35 the first time i gunned it i hit cutout and didnt catch where the lights were but i did see that they hit blue for a second. the next 35 - WOT test lit the blue light for the duration of the boost ( to about 55)...the third time the blue lit then after about 3 seconds of WOT the green lit and stayed lit till 55 when i let off the gas. the fourth and last test was the same as the second.....blue lit the whole time.

i then tested WOT at 65....this test lit the green then both green and yellow...i let off at about 85-90...only tried that one once cause i saw a cop when turning around to go back to my "testing stip" ok i know this was long but any advice would be WONDERFUL......thanks...

The Dawes Devices A/F is a gauge that only reads at WOT, ignore it during regular acceleration, sounds like it is working ok to me, and your car sounds good too; when you are at WOT you want the BLUE LED lit. Just ignore it every other time.
