ok guys, the dang daytona died....i checked the voltage to the fuel pump,i get 2.5volts when the key is turned t te "ON" poition then while it sits it gets allover 1/4 volt, it cranks over but wont start. help me please

Pump's fine. They prime momentarily when you go to "on" then continue once the engine is running. Check other things. Make sure your getting spark at the plugs by pulling one out and cranking the engine. It should spark if the plug is grounded right.

but, i dont here the pump kick over, and i diconected the fuel line to the rail, keyed it on and nothing, no fuel came out so...that voltage is fine though, which means my pumps prolly dead? ummm...anyone know the resistance it should have?
