Alright cars runs and revs good just the only problem it has poor idle and it dies if i dont keep it reved. reset the codes and im getting 12 23 and 24. Also you cant adjust it at all with the distributer except lowering it and it kills it instantly

Start by correcting the problems with the codes.
23 Charge Temp Sensor Voltage High/Low
24 Throttle Position Sensor Voltage High/Low
Then you will have to reset ignition timing to 12 deg btdc since you moved the distributor and have no idea where the timing is.

To verify the wiring is good probe both terminals with your voltmeter with the key on, if you are reading 5 volts(4.9 volts is ok) then the reference line and signal return line are both ok.
The replacement charge temp sensor shown on Autozone's website is brass, should be the same threads and should just screw right in. Do not overtighten.
Once the code 23 is gone reset the ignition timing, if the stalling problem is still present be sure the throttle plate, AIS pintle and bore are clean of carbon and that base idle is correct.
Follow the procedure in the "sticky", "help with poor idle" in the "help" section.

Alright got more time to work on it. When i first start it up it runs good and stays at 1100 rpms. But after it starts warming up it slowley decreases until she dies. The has no more codes, and the timing is set normaly with no advance or beign retarded. Just if you want to know whats in it it has a 2.2 turbo converted to T2 Stage 5 fwd cal and 3-bar map, 255 fuel pump, bigger injectors fwd fuel rail, and 3 inch exhaust. Dont know why it does it but dies after awhile, redid the vac lines since alot of them were in the wrong and now it pulls 10-15 vac while ideling

Check base idle and be sure there is no carbon buildup on the throttle plate AIS bore and pintle.
See the "sticky", "help with poor idle" in the "help" section for the correct procedure.

10-15 is low vacuum for idle. You should be in the 18-20 range I would think. Might want to recheck your vacuum system.

sounds like you need a vacuum block son! or you may have a cracked or leaking vacuum line. i had all kinds of drivability problems with mine till i redid all the lines. straightened out 90% of my problems. that stage 5 cal is probably hurting you more than its helping you. ive read several other people having idle issues with theirs. straighten out the vacuum lines and reset the AIS. make sure base ign timing is at 12 deg.
reset ais as follows
warm engine up allow to idle.
create large vacuum leak by removing a vacuum line. idle should be around 2000 rpm with the leak
wait 1 minute.
unplug AIS
shut car off
reconnect AIS and vacuum line
AIS pintle should now be reset.
carbon or other debris in the AIS port on the throttle body will prevent it from closing all the way = high idle, low vacuum.
get you vacuum lines sorted out first and make sure those are good and then move on to the AIS

sorry about not reposting had to go back over seas so i wont be seeing my car for a while. Well i went ahead and bought a vac block like you suggested. But i also had a question too, before i left i got all the codes cleared and when it ran at idle it didnt have a high rich fuel mix. But it had a greyish oil smoke smell comming out of the exhaust and when i went and pulled the plugs they was black oily residue on them. I woundered if that was before all the fault codes so i bought another set and installed them let the car run. It ran good for the couple of mins and then died. I pulled the plugs and it was all over the probes again. dont know if that has to deal with the vac, but input on what it could be would be nice. Dad was saying it was the turbo, wich im willing to get a new one but if the engine is throwing oil dont wanna get a new turbo and mess it up.

Could be the turbo, but usually the turbo dumps oil out the exhaust side more than the intake. Sounds more like blowby. First, check the PCV system to make sure it's working correctly. If so, then do compression & leak-down tests.

But when i did take apart the head there was a little oil in the intercooler piping and the exhaust side of the turbo was black and i could put a rag in there and the rag would be completly black, that and the bottom of the head is black too. i got some pic i can post
