do i need to upgrade with my computer to handle a super 60 or t3/t4 at 14psi, or get a 3 bar map?
i have a 1991 daytona shelby 2.5 TI

To handle any turbo (S60, T3/T4, or even Mitsu) at 14psi, you will have to have a custom cal done as the stock T1 in '90 and '91 hits overboost at 13.6psi (well, you could diode the map sensor). You don't need a 3-bar map to run 14psi, though. If you want to run more than ~14.5psi, then you'll need a 3-bar map and acustom cal to accomodate it. The 3-bar map is good for ~29psi.

Hmm, i've run my stock 89' 2.5 cal, using a diode for MAP cutout, +40 injectors(31-33psi fuel pressure), and a grainger valve, at 20psi of boost. Actually ran pretty good that way too.

I still use the stock T1 computer. Custom cal is probably simpler, but I already built the 3to1 RRR/AFPR and zener diode.

No. The stock cut-out is 14.5psi. The computer doesn't care what turbo is on there, just how much air the engine is getting.

Acually, the stock cut-out is 13.6 psi on the '90/'91 T1. The MAP sensor will read to about 14.5, but the SBEC starts pulling spark at 13.6.
