I remember browsing this info but can't remember the address.... Can you use the 2.5 T1 SBEC with a 2.2T1? I remember something about smaller injectors or AFPR to lower fuel pressure or something. Or was that a 2.5 on a 2.2 computer. We have a 2.2 for my friends rempage and he got wiring and computer from a 91 Shelby Daytona 2.5 T1. We wanna know if we can do this and have a reliable setup, or should we get a 2.2 SBEC?

Maybe a 2.2 VNT SBEC would be the way to go? You'd have to do some rewiring for that though.

Running a VNT calibration on a T2 setup would be experimental to say the least; I wouldn't do it. A custom calibration would be the best bet.
