Ha ya lots of people have experimented.
Definitely decided you need stainless lines, A ton more fuel, and replace your O-rings =)
THere is a guy local to me running E-85 with about 26-28 lbs. of boost.

you definately dont need stainless lines.
you will need to replace your rubber fuel lines with fresh hose. anything you get from a parts store that is for fuel injection will work as its all compatible with ethanol. replace your injector o rings too. fresh fuel filter after the fist couple tanks is a good idea because all the varnish and gum in your gas tank will disolve in the high alky fuel and clog your filter. as far as your fuel system is concerned all you need is to make sure everything is in good shape aka no dry rotted hose or o rings, no rust in the tank or lines and a good fuel pump and you'll be fine. E85 requires about 20-25% more fuel than stock. on a stock setup you wont need to upgrade everything to keep up with fuel demands.

My Shelby Lancer has been on it for about a year now without any issues, I run 20 psi, stage 3 cal and 255 pump from Cindy, and I think the injectors are +10 in there right now. I also run a snow performance meth injection and I have its control box running the big style cold start injector. I totally agree with the changing of the fuel filter, but I changed it right away. The only problem that I see is if you are in an area that gets cold, you HAVE to mix in a couple of gallons of regular because they dont start too good on it. I believe they do this to the fuel in real cold areas anyway, make it like E70 or so.

I've been running e85 on my daytona since the end of August(08) with great success.

I originally had no plans to run it but when premium hit 4.25 a gal i had to do something, I knew it was out there just never really though about running it, well I did alot of reading on the fuel and what other people have tried(on other cars too no just td's) I started out adding 2 galons to see how it ran with 93oct mix, ran good, then did half a tank, then 3/4 a tank e85, then to full e85.

I'm running 40+ injectors, a walbro 255 fuel pump, all new rubber lines, new fuel filter since the first tank, with a custom cal that i scaled for e85, chem2 has the setting, although i make the injecter plus width above the preferred line, and also had to turn up my fp to 70psi When it gets warmer out i'll play around with the pulse width more since I don't wanna play with it now being so cold and whatnot. I drove the car to Omaha and back(3hr drive i believe) with out a problem and ran multiply tanks though it plus....its 1.47 A GAL HERE cheap, heck last time i gave a friend a ride he said he fill her up....13 bucks... sure it starts a lil rough with it being so cold but when we start getting the big snow/salt here its going to be parked anyways so no big deal here.

I suggest go for it, if you have the stuff upgraded do it, why not, cheap race fuel
